Enjoy views from every room. Fall out of bed into the Pacific and swim with the dolphins!

Home Type:
Single family, very high end and prestigious....All floors are maple (as are the cabinets in the kitchen, pantry and master bath; and acid-washed blue limestone. Fireplace is gas. Art is eclectic and interesting; furniture is comfortable but high end Italian modern. Linens and towels included, washer-dryer room, laundry chute from master dressing room, phones and answering service and sony computer.
The Neighborhood:
Hermosa Beach is a small, beach community in the South Bay, ten minutes from LAX - a Los Angeles secret. The small town provides all needs within walking distance, and has a wonderful, picturesque, warm and relaxed yet swinging, beach community. Everyone is friendly and mellow, and the city of Los Angeles is only 20 minutes away. The great weather, constant cooling sea breezes keep the temperatures in the 70-80s, and the sun is always shining. Morning and evening are cool, days are delicious. Deep and clean beaches, great volleyball, surfing, boating, swimming, and dining keep this town as mellow and rockin' as you want it to be.
