| Above the hustle and bustle of the Stateline and just steps away from the ski lodge at Heavenly Valley, is where you'll find our home. It's only 1/2 mile to SKI RUN MARINA AND BEACH. With a tri-level floor plan there's plenty of room for everyone. There's a living room and sunken family room, each with its own TV and video players. THERE'S A WIFI MODEM FOR YOUR LAPTOP. Check out the partial LAKE-VIEW, from the deck and dining area. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms with two full bathrooms, each with doulbe sinks and showers. A beautiful master suite awaits the leader of your group. Our modern kitchen offers every convenience your cook could ever want. You can choose to eat and run at the breakfast bar or sit down at the dining room table. Enjoy that great meal as you gaze upon the giant boulders and Ponderosa Pines that surround the dining area. Our wrap-around deck is the perfect spot for the summer BBQ and a nighttime plunge in the new Hot Springs Spa. Our home is adjacent to Forest Service land and has a fenced backyard for the little ones. Come up and seen what you've been missing.
