Description
Featuring classic, Mid-centruy, modern architecture, this beautiful, non-smoking, home features three bedrooms, two baths and 12 foot ceilings. The house is in the first neighborhood built by the famous Alexander Company in 1957 and designed by the architectural firm of Palmer and Krisel. The home has been recently renovated and has a new kitchen/bath/floors and has been painted to the original specifications of the architect. In addition, the landscaping has been newly designed by Mr. Krisel. All rooms have built-in stereo speakers adn there are two flat panel TVs. The kitchen is equiped with all new Viking appliances but continues to evoke the style as originally built. Clerestory windows frame wonderful blue-sky and starlit views from every room. The interior is light and bright with an open floor plan and a lovely view of your private pool and patio. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood in wind-free south canyon area of town. Very private backyard with beautiful mountain views from pool and sunning areas.
