Famous and Popular Capitola Beach is just one block from this unit where you can enjoy swimming and sunbathing with many other visitors. You can also shop at many of the wonderful shops located in the village, or have a nice lunch at any of the quaint restaurants.
Small and efficient kitchen has dishwasher, built in microwave, and other basic kitchen appliances. Relax and enjoy your second story deck with access from the kitchen or bedroom two. BBQ grill provided for your entertainment pleasure.
The combination Living / Dining area has an oak table that seats four, and two large leather recliners. Living area has 31" Cable TV with VCR and DVD player, along with Stereo and CD Player.
Comfortable queen size bed, with attached Master bathroom which has a large shower stall. Computer Desk is located on the first floor, with sliding doors to a small enclosed patio. Bedroom two is located on the second floor, has two twin beds, and door leading to the outdoor patio.
Enjoy a variety of great restaurants located along the waters edge in Capitol Village.
