| This immaculate and freshly decorated beachfront house will be the perfect setting for your next on the sand or beach vacation in Oceanside CA. We have two spectacular beach front vacation rental homes to offer. Both of these homes are famous for having two of the largest private beaches in San Diego County and truly are built right on the white sand. There is no home or condo closer to the waves than these two homes. They are perfect for families wanting to enjoy a beachfront vacation or couples seeking a private and restful get away. The homes are beautifully appointed to meet all of your needs. Located in Southern California,in San Diego County both homes have huge private beaches, bonfire rings, beach tables and chairs for your exclusive use. You do not share any of the property or facilities with anyone other than your own group assuring your privacy and safety. There is no street, sidewalk, railroad track, fence, hill, staircase, or seawall between you and the ocean as is the case with many properties that advertise “on the beach”. They are located three houses apart so we use them both for large family reunions and weddings. Both homes are in a block of exclusive single family homes and away from the noisy pier area or the areas of apartments and condos. Although in walking distance to the Oceanside pier, food and entertainment areas, you are away from the public restrooms, public parking lots and public beach access that tend be rather noisy at all hours of the day. There is off street private parking for both homes-a “must have item” when vacationing at the beach. For our guests that have hypo-allergenic needs, our properties have wood floors (so you are protected from the mildew and wet sand that becomes embedded in rentals with wall to wall carpet) Our washable duvet covers on all bedding is another assurance of a fresh and immaculately maintained property. Roll Aways, cribs and highchairs are available. Both homes have high speed wireless, TVs,DVD,CD ,clothes washers, dishwashers, BBQs and even two kitchens per home! The home featured here sits directly on the sand and the ocean. Just walk out the back door to the waves. The water can be seen and heard from every room in the home. The private beach and fire ring are yours exclusively to use and enjoy. Two kitchens, one on each level make beach side entertaining and relaxation easy. Private entrances for each level assure privacy while vacationing with extended family or friends. This is the Oceanside beach vacton rental you have been looking for. This is a beautiful home from the wood floors to the down filled duvets. Fully appointed, all you need to bring is your bathing suit! From here you can watch the dolphins, whales and sunsets while sitting next to your private bonfire. Stroll up to the pier for a morning cup of coffee. Collect seashells and make sand castles.
