The beautifully landscaped house is two-story, 2600 SF, with three bedrooms, a bonus room, and three bathrooms. The lovely interior is fully furnished with beach motif throughout the house. The living room has vaulted ceilings, plantation shutters and adjacent dining room. A gourmet kitchen includes granite counters, maple cupboards, a work/serving island, and comes fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, double oven and toaster. The comfortable family room features a fireplace, large leather sectional, and an entertainment center. There’s a master bedroom and two bedrooms plus a bonus room upstairs. Each bedroom can accommodate two plus people per room. The large and airy master bedroom has a walk in closet and extravagant bath which includes oversized tub and separate shower, twin sinks and W.C. Other features: Air conditioning/central heating, ceiling fans throughout house. Outside there is secluded backyard with a covered patio, hot tub, built in barbecue, fire pit and basketball court. Phones, cable TVs w/ DVD/VCR, and internet gaming computer. All linens, bedding and kitchenware provided. Laundry room equipped with automatic washer and dryer.
