| Vacation at our beachfront condominium in Mission Beach, San Diego, California. Our ocean front condo at Top of the Beach is on the Boardwalk between Crystal Pier and Belmont Park and steps away from the Bay.
Enjoy fabulous ocean views from the deck, living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom.
Our newly remodeled condo boasts a new deck and patio area, new carpet, new vinyl, new kitchen, and new living room furniture. The private patio area has an outdoor table and chairs, and additional beach chairs are also available. The living room faces the ocean and has a queen sleeper, love seat, cable television, VCR, DVD player, and stereo. The dining area has a large glass pedestal table which seats six comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals (except the food). The master bedroom faces the ocean and has a large picture window for your viewing pleasure, a queen bed and television. The second bedroom has two twin beds and ample closet/drawer space. Linens are plentiful, but you'll want to bring your own beach towels. The bathroom contains both a shower and bathtub. Additionally, we have one parking space reserved for your convenience.
Our condo is within easy walking distance of Mission Bay, Belmont Park, Pacific Beach, Crystal Pier, restaurants, grocery stores, laundry facilities and shopping. Rental shops for roller blades, boogie boards, surfboards, and bicycles are also within walking distance. Parasailing, fishing, boating and whale watching (generally in the winter) are close too. You can drive to Sea World within 5 minutes, and the San Diego Zoo, the airport and downtown are within a 15 - 20 minute drive.

Our calendar is updated weekly. Please check back with us if your vacation dates are currently unavailable.
Should you decide to stay in our vacation home, we simply ask that you treat our beachfront home as if it were your own. We respectfully request that you empty the refrigerator, remove all food from the cupboards, empty the trash, start the dishwasher (if necessary) and place all dirty linens in the bathtub. Our professional cleaning service will take care of the rest!

| $350 refundable security/cleaning deposit due upon reservation of the unit.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change.
OUR SECURITY/CLEANING DEPOSIT POLICY:
~Your refundable security/cleaning deposit of $350 is due at the time of your reservation.
~Your deposit will be refunded after the cleaning service has cleaned the condo.
~If you CANCEL your reservation 61 days or more prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded.
~If you CANCEL your reservation 1 - 60 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit WILL NOT be refunded if we are unable to re-rent the unit.
OUR WEEKLY RENTAL POLICY:
~Your weekly payment must be received 31 (for the off season) and 61 days (during the summer season) prior to your arrival date. Otherwise, we will re-rent the unit.
Check in time: 2:00 p.m. or later
Check out time: 10:00 a.m. or earlier
Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only.
Daily arrivals will vary.
Easy "key pick-up" will be arranged upon receipt of final pay
