Shoreline Drive and the Beach. You can stroll down to
the beach or bike along the bike
path to the harbor and pier area. Beautiful downtown
Santa Barbara is just a pleasant few minutes away.
This quiet, clean and elegant retreat sleeps 6 easily
with all the comforts of home, private spa, hardwood
floors, beautiful stone tile in the kitchen and bathroom.
Flat Screen T.V.’s ,DVD, VCR and stereo system.
Enjoy the park like setting of the spacious and private
backyard from the hot tub or go to the 2nd patio and
listen to the sounds of a water fountain while
barbecuing on the gas grill. This special
vacation setting is ideal for the whole family. Fenced
yard for pets and tree house for the kids! For your
convenience there is a two car garage, washer and
dryer, bikes, boogie boards and ping pong table.
Environmentally friendly! Spa is chlorine-free, only
bio-compatible soaps and cleaners are used and the
