A perfect home for families to get together! This spacious house is centrally located...you are within walking distance to one of the most popular beaches, but you are away from the noise. You will have the best of it all, with the privacy of being in a secure home, yet close to not only the beach, but great restaurants & shopping. It is also close to the Oceano Dunes and the entrance to Pismo State Beach. It is located close to Highway 1 and not far from Freeway 101, half-way between the San Francisco Bay Area and the great Southern California cities. Celebrate with family and friends at a home away from home! This house is a perfect place for a family reunion or a gathering of friends, whether it is just for a few days of relaxation or activities. The home is a short walk to the entrance of Pismo State Beach (just off Highway 1) and just a short drive to some of California's best attractions. You can spend a day at touring the great wine country of the Central Coast, Hearst Castle,& the Danish Village of Solvang, just to name a few. Great shopping, golf courses, dunes and beaches are close by. This is a 2-story 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home with full laundry room, gourmet kitchen, fully equipped for a family to enjoy a vacation. This home was built in 2003, and has many modern conveniences. There is a 2 car garage with an extra space outside the garage in a secure area. A partial ocean view can be seen from the Master Bedroom and Living room. The living area has a fireplace that separates the dining area, which has an oak table that can be expanded to sit 10 people. Each bedroom has a televison and telephone. The home also has a CD stereo system and VCR/DVD players as well. The laundry room is equipped with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. The twin bedroom also has a conversion kit to change the twin beds into a king size bed.

If cancellation occurs, an $80 fee will be charged. All other fees can be viewed in our cancellation policy.We understand that circumstances arise that prevent you from keeping your reservation. We ask that you notify us in due time. There are fees assigned to cancellation and they are as follows: More than 30 days prior to arrival = $80.00 Fee 29 - 15 days prior to arrival = Full amount of the security deposit 14 days or less, prior to arrival = Full rental amount, unless the unit is rented for the same time period, then there will only be an $80.00 Fee.
