It is located close to Highway 1 and not far from Freeway 101, half-way between the San Francisco Bay Area and the great Southern California cities. Celebrate with family and friends at a home away from home! This house is a perfect place for a family reunion or a gathering of friends, whether it is just for a few days of relaxation or activities. The home is a short walk to the entrance of Pismo State Beach (just off Highway 1) and just a short drive to some of California's best attractions. You can spend a day at touring the great wine country of the Central Coast, Hearst Castle,& the Danish Village of Solvang, just to name a few. Great shopping, golf courses, dunes and beaches are close by. This is a 2-story 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home with full laundry room, gourmet kitchen, fully equipped for a family to enjoy a vacation. This home was built in 2003, and has many modern conveniences. There is a 2 car garage with an extra space outside the garage in a secure area. A partial ocean view can be seen from the Master Bedroom and Living room. The living area has a fireplace that separates the dining area, which has an oak table that can be expanded to sit 10 people. Each bedroom has a televison and telephone. The home also has a CD stereo system and VCR/DVD players as well. The laundry room is equipped with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. The twin bedroom also has a conversion kit to change the twin beds into a king size bed. |
